Going Through The Motions is the third song released from my first album Anemoia & Anhedonia. Where the first two singles, Dream That I Had and Beach Stroll portray the lighter, dreamier side of the album, representing Anemoia, this is the first song I've released to represent the darker, dissociative side of the album, representing Anhedonia.
